Victor has over 45 years’ fashion industry experience from the factory floor to the boardroom. He combines a deep understanding of operations and logistics with a hands-on approach to teaching and consultancy.

HOW IT WORKS

We will start with a free 40-minute discovery call which we’ll use to get to know you,  your business and your aspirations. We’ll find out where you need more support and establish how we can help. 

 

After that, we’ll move to a tailored coaching programme designed specifically for you. We don’t provide off-the-shelf programmes – for you to get real results, you need something developed to fit your needs exactly.

What we don’t do…
